Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Hernando Counties, Lake County, Orange County, Polk County.. $20-$60 a fixture on straight time (depending on phase). $30-$90 a fixture on overtime (depending on phase) Yes, we pay overtime on piece rate, it's the law!.
