- The candidate will be required to report progress to site lead and stakeholders via Remedy ticketing system and/or Weekly reports.
- Independently Deploy, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot telecommunications equipment and network to include but not limited to: Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity voicemail, Voice Gateways, Cisco router/switch, Cisco ISE and Cisco Telepresence via indepth knowledge of the technology.
- Resolve / Solve Tier I and II hardware, software and application issues (printer, basic network (LAN), scheduling & troubleshooting video tele-conferences (VTCs).
- U.S. citizenship with a current DoD Active Top Secret / SCI clearance.
- Active 8570 IAT II (or higher) Baseline Certification, such as: Security+ ce, CySA+
