- Additional Job details: Process applications for residential and commercial power customers: Tools and Systems used: Cloud-based Power Clerk System: Manages applications, walking customers and Net Metering coordinators through the application process from receipt to approval, meter exchange, and Permission-To-Operate (PTO).
- GIS: Occasionally used to navigate transformer locations and input data into the Customer Billing C2M system.
