- JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for sales support to the National Sales Representatives and national team activities.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:* Uses independent judgment to resolve matters of significance within national sales team, while providing sales and administrative support.
- Point of contact for all National RFPs coordinating activities associated with these RFPs, to include interaction with local markets to assist with processing of RFP responses.
- Fields phone and e-mail requests from Advertising Agencies as well as other media buying groups as well as members of the National Sales Team. Enter data for each RFP and tracking the request status following up on RFP’s on a timely and consistent manner.
- While the role may coordinate national ad buys with other outdoor advertising groups, the NSC position functions solely to drive growth within AOA. As such, NSCs should not have an active role in the development of proposals including rate information for both AOA and any other outdoor advertising group due to possible antitrust issues.
