- Position Title: National Project Director (HIV Data Analytics and Public Health Experience Required)
- CAI is seeking a highly qualified candidate with at least 5 years’ full-time project management and HIV data analytics experience in public health, for the position of National Project Director, Data Integration, Systems, & Quality (DISQ), funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB).
- The DISQ Team serves as a resource for recipients and providers funded through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP), as well as data system vendors and HRSA HAB staff to assist with improving collection, integration, reporting, use, and overall management of RWHAP data.
- This role requires leadership and expertise in the planning, delivery, coordination, and evaluation of all technical assistance (TA) modalities offered by DISQ, including webinars, virtual peer learning opportunities, ad hoc email TA, ongoing TA, proactive outreach TA, and on-site TA, as well as direct management of budget, strategic planning, and communication with the funder.
- Oversee all web-based and distance learning capacity building strategies including webinar series; learning communities; individualized, expert and peer-to-peer learning experiences; web-based resources including written resources, videos, and e-learning modules.
