- Manages national parts sales activities, including the achievement of corporate part sales objectives, parts gross profit objectives, and coordinating field efforts in growing the retailer parts and service business.
- Maintains responsibility for parts sales growth for Subaru of America (SOA) and Independent Distributors.
- Serves as direct liaison with SOA field and Independent Distributors on activities relating to parts sales.
- This includes reviewing and approving downclass/promotion fund expenditures, performing annual scrap of obsolete parts and accessories, resolving parts claims and scrapping of claim parts, and reviewing co-op retailer claims for compliance and payment, etc.
- Oversees activities related to growing wholesale parts sales, including vendor relationships, multiple price-matching programs, Collision Center Certification initiative, B2B business strategy, and client communication and program budgets.
