- The primary responsibility of the National energy Solutions Sales manager is to grow sales in the ESCO Market and the PWT Product Line. To work directly with "Performance Contactors" doing business in this market and build relationships.
- Grow sales within the ESCO Market & PWT Product Line by building relationships in this area.
- Work with the New Product Development team, Product Line Managers and Quality Review Board to help develop new or modified products needed with in the ESCO/PWT Market, as well as, resolve any product field issues.
- Work with the NSM, Director of Marketing and PLM's as appropriate to developed sales and marketing strategies, sales support materials, etc., to meet the changing market needs to grow our market share in this market segment.
- Help plan product forecasts (PWT & these products used by "performance Contractors"), establish product pricing, monitor and manage budget and expenses.
