Job Description: - Ownership of the product design of the global music copyright platform and publishing rights management system. Collect requirements from various business lines and music partners , dig out pain points for copyright strategy, propose solutions and design best practices; - Work closely with R&D, design, BD and operation teams, including launching complex platform features, delivering training to internal clients & music partners, and product iteration; - Devise applicable metrics and efficiently align stakeholders to achieve objectives. - Pay continuous attention to the efficiency of each platform module and industry trends, carry out product model innovation and iteration. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of experience in copyright platform, To-B system design , CRM , data&strategy , and finance product, or those with equivalent experience in the music industry or content related industry (such as audio, video, literature, etc.) are preferred; - Strong in product planning and interactional design, sensitive to user experience; Preferred Qualifications: - Data-oriented, logical and self-motivated. - Excellent in communication and project management, able to work under pressure and solve complex problems and independently own projects. - You are a great teammate, and always have a positive and humble attitude.
