(Not a Federal NMLS. This would have been achieved by exam.)  • Exceptional decision-making abilities • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Superb interpersonal and customer service skills • Familiarity with multiple types of loans, including but not limited to conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, & Non-QM • Work effectively with realtors, processors & underwriters to ensure smooth transactions • Oversee all customer interactions • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred •  Please provide 3 references  Compensation: $125,000+ at plan yearly
