- Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will spearhead the initiative to guide Opening Doors in achieving CDFI certification, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our ability to serve underrepresented communities through innovative financial solutions.
- Coordinate the efforts of Opening Doors in navigating the process of obtaining CDFI certification, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and fostering an environment of financial inclusion and empowerment.
- At least one (1) year experience working with a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) or three (3) years’ experience in small business banking or lending, small business advisory services, or related fields.
