- Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Ensure growth of sales and profit generation and improvement to reach profitability goals across metro area Partner with District Manager to ensure sales and profit goals are met through maximizing sales force activity including identifying appropriate salespersons for customers, and monitoring the growth of customer business.
- Assist in the training of Center personnel to develop their maximum potential in productivity and upward mobility across market locations.
- This role requires 35%-50% travel between locations within the assigned market Basic Requirements: 2 or more years of management and sales experience Commercial Tire sales or service experience Knowledge of tire manufacturing, manufacturing process systems Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements, including be at least 21 years of age.
