- The Clinician will provide therapeutic Outpatient Clinical Services (OCS) to youth who are juvenile justice-involved or at risk of juvenile justice involvement and who have behavioral health needs with full-scope Medi-Cal beneficiaries, underserved and uninsured, which qualify them for Full Service Partnership services in this program.
- Completes a comprehensive assessment battery, consisting of the trauma-informed Behavioral Health Assessment (BHA) and various other assessment tools as appropriate for each client
- Collaborate with the youth/family to identify ancillary services that may be needed to supplement therapy, including SUD counseling, psychiatric services, mental health nursing services, and Peer Support Specialist services
- Communicates regularly with the program's Psychiatrist, Mental Health Registered Nurse, SUD Counselor (if applicable) and Peer Support Specialist regarding client treatment
- Helps clients who do not have a primary care physician (PCP) to establish a medical home, and document PCP information in Cerner
