- Job Description Membership / Villa Billing Coordinator / Accounts Receivable The Membership Billing Coordinator will be responsible for posting monthly transactions, preparing monthly invoices and statements, posting each receipt, wire transfer, balance of membership ledger, handle all membership inquiries and reporting.
- Handle all aspects of Membership billing and villa rental program.
- Research and follow up on guest disputes and credit card chargebacks.
- Tri-Party and Villa HOA accounting Billing Balance sheet reconciliation Monthly reporting packet preparation Assist with various special projects as assigned by the Assistant Director of Finance/Credit Manager Qualifications Background in accounting and proficient knowledge of computer programs.
