- Support phone center, front desk duties and check-in responsibilities either in a permanent or rotating manner.
- Answer calls in a timely, pleasant and professional manner, document service requests, schedule appointments according to provider rules and guidelines, confer with patient to obtain and confirm pertinent billing and demographic information, accurately enter patient and insurance information into system and complete the patient registration process in an accurate manner.
- High School education or equivalent, 6 months related experience and basic computer skills preferred.
