- The incumbent in this role, while training to perform clinical duties under the direct supervision of a care team member is also responsible for assisting the staff within his/her designated Center/Center of Excellence (COE) with general office duties including, but not limited to, data entry, filing and other administrative support tasks.
- He/She is expected to learn the daily routines and procedures of their designated Center/COE and to focus on learning how the physician-led care team supports the company’s vision and mission.
- High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability; specifically, the ability to work as self-starter - especially as it relates to calling on resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and presentation software
- Graduation or graduating from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant or Patient Care Technician program OR comparable healthcare vocational training (i.e., foreign-trained physician, paramedic, etc.)
