The Hybrid Social Media Manager will have a keen understanding of social and leveraging various ad types and objectives to drive results.

- Determine appropriate audience selection, campaign investment by channel, and measurement KPIs. Provide consistent optimization of paid social campaigns to exceed client expectations.
- Create and monitor advertising campaigns using the UNIT3C platform across various paid social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
- Recommend, implement, and report optimization recommendations for performance improvements.
