- Duties & Responsibilities Develops, presents and works with various ASC business units to design effective compliance and internal controls and implements recommendations to strengthen controls, prevent fraud and improve supply chain operations.
- Provides procurement expertise in areas such as identification of materials requirement, requisitioning, price development, vendor selection, ordering, expediting, shipping, and invoicing.
- Serves as project leader or advisor on special assignments, dealing with programs and problems related to Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Supply Chain Management Manual (SCMM).
- Serves as a negotiator or member of a team representing the Company in developing and concluding major procurement contracts, purchase agreements and other purchasing transactions.
- Performs other duties as assigned Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Purchasing, Materials Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or closely related degrees.
