Job Title: Master Seat Builder- Interior Craftsman Job Type: Full time; contract Location: Hartford, CT 06096 Pay Rate: $29.76-$35.71 per hour Job Description In your role, you will• Adhere to General Work Requirements (Factory, Shop and / or Hanger positions)• Comply with environmental health / safety policies / procedures. Participate in 5-S activities. Perform work in a safe and timely manner• Fabricate / install / refurbish / modify / aircraft interior equipment and furnishings• Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required• Perform mechanical / electrical removals and installations• Perform assigned duties as assigned• May assist with maintenance at off-site locations• Clean aircraft as required• Assist with other maintenance disciplinesAs our ideal candidate<ul><li>You have experience building aircraft seats (and/or luxury automobile and/or boat seats)</li><li>You typically have interiors experience on aircraft upholstery (ex. previous soft goods experience, upholstery experience remove & installs in aircraft)</li><li>You have demonstrated mechanical aptitude</li><li>You have demonstrated ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings - preferred</li><li>You have basic PC skills - preferred</li><li>You have demonstrated ability to communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status - preferred</li></ul>Pay Details: $29.76 to $35.71 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
