- This position will provide leadership and technical support for the planning, programming, and installation/facility management of real property in support of Department of Defense (U.S. Army Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) MILCON projects and other government agencies and activities at agency installations and facility locations worldwide.
- Technical support includes but is not limited to master planning, identifying and quantifying facility requirements, planning charrettes and DD1391 development, engineering analyses, geospatial projects, facility management support, facility utilization studies, land use requirements studies and analyses, environmental documentation, geospatial products, energy studies, and project programming and procurement documents.
- Lead and manage multidiscipline planning team efforts for facilities programming, campus infrastructure planning, business case analyses, project prospectus and concept development, and economic analyses and budgeting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning or City and Regional Planning from a Planning Accreditation Board (PAB) accredited university (accredited by the Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning (ACSP
- or a Bachelor of Architecture degree with AICP certification.
