- Performs service, repair, and installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and steam utility systems, electronic, refrigeration, restaurant equipment, controls, heating, ventilating, and air conditions (HVAC and humidity control in 18th century original and reconstruction buildings as well as 19th - 21st century buildings).
