Marketing Technology Senior Operations Leader

- This role manages, maintains, and continuously improves company’s key Marketing technology stack (e.g. 6sense, Marketo Engage, CRM lead management functionality, and analytics tools including Marketo Measure) and associated processes and analytics toolkit to meet business objectives.
- Partner with the bestAs aMarketing Technology Senior Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:Technology management:Managing, maintaining, and regularly evaluating, and optimizing the setup of key marketing technologies (e.g. 6sense, CRM system lead management functionality, Marketo Measure) as well as extend support to other key technologies (e.g. Marketo Engage, Adobe Workfront) as needed, to improve performance, adoption and adherence to data protection regulations and company policies.
- Acting as product owner for these technologies by developing & implementing roadmaps for expanded use cases, functionalities, and potential integrations based on evolving business needs and for maximized marketing & commercial impact.
- Analytics and reporting:Managing key analytics tools (e.g. Marketo Measure, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Datorama / Looker Studio / Tableau dashboards, etc.)
- Stakeholder collaboration & management: Responsibilities mentioned above involve partnering closely with key stakeholders across the Brand & Communications, Marketing, Digital Technology / IT, and Sales Activation teams across the company’s Enterprise team and two Business Segments, as well as external agencies.
