- Description This position will require you to be located in Cleveland, OH We are in a hybrid schedule, 2 days on campus and 3 days WFH. The Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist's responsibilities include providing comprehensive operational support across various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Partner Support, Publisher Account Services, Public Library North America, Education, and International Sales.
- Responsibilities include defining and refining end-to-end workflows, documentation, system design, reporting, budget alignment, and fostering collaboration among multiple teams.
- Additionally, the Specialist will contribute to streamlining sales-related operations, including lead triaging, contract review, playbook enforcement, sales process definition, and KPI analysis to drive productivity.
- Manage marketing administrative functions within Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other relevant technologies.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of operational changes, including developing and implementing training and communication strategies.
