- The Marketing Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to respond to federal and state government market solicitations by organizing and producing high quality proposals that best represent M&J’s qualifications and experience to potential clients.
- This position will work as part of a growing tight-knit core team in the region applying proven organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively individually and within local and virtual teams.
- These efforts include research, customizing resumes and project descriptions, developing themes and strategies, drafting compliance matrices, reviewing and editing technical write-ups, cover letters and content, coordinating production, and providing QA/QC on the final product to ensure all client submittal and evaluation requirements are met.
- BA/BS degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications, design, or other related field of study.
- Complete fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) software products.
