- Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Channel / Traditional Marketing Manager, playing a pivotal role in driving overall marketing success.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the company's CRM system, as well as other marketing technology platforms (e.g. outbound email platform)
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to optimize marketing campaigns through data-driven insights.
- Foster strong collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, Sales teams, and other departments to align marketing efforts and event strategies.
