- The Marketing Manager will support the Director of Sales (DOS) to create and coordinate the company's advertising, sales, and marketing research and strategy, with a focus on all advertising related media inclusive of Internet, traffic generation, collaterals, promotional events, digital marketing, and public relations activities.
- The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for competitive analysis reviews, report tracking, website maintenance, social media management, digital content creation, collateral material creation and distribution and event coordination.
- Measure digital marketing performance metrics by looking at SEO/SEM performance
- Coordinate, execute and attend a variety of functions outside of the office environment including community openings, community events, and Realtor events in conjunction with New Home Consultants/Director of Sales.
- Manage communications with the ad agency and marketing trade partners in the Division's day to day needs for all Print media, billboards, radio, cable, direct mail, eblast, newsletters, signage, social media, digital marketing campaigns, and programs to increase referrals, etc.
