- Under general direction, this position manages the marketing segment of Broward College's CRM by building, implementing, and maintaining automated recruitment campaigns for prospective students in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).
- The administrator will build and maintain CRM campaign tools, including email templates, engagement studio drip campaigns, automation rules, prospect scoring, information capture forms, and integrations with Google analytics and Google AdWords, and full lifecycle lead dashboards and reporting.
- Experience using Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).
- Experience in an end-user support role.
- Other - 15%: Collaborates with cross-functional teams to build and implement holistic, automated integrated multi-channel campaigns to reach prospective students, in coordination with marketing enrollment strategy.
