- Mid-Level Mechanical/ Marine Engineer leading design efforts for T-ALTs, Machinery selection, and systems.
- May assist the Machinery Systems Engineering Manager (SEM) and be selected in a similar role based on experience.
- Responsible for supporting the design, development, and construction of Main Machinery, ship systems, DPS propulsion and machinery systems and interfaces with shipboard and mission systems for the MSC and US NAVY ship acquisition programs.
- Review and analysis of mechanical and electrical propulsion systems, and auxiliary/ piping systems for technical data packages developed to support design and construction of MSC and NAVY Program Vessels and other specialized Mission Systems.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in ship machinery systems experience, two of which has performed Propulsion and DPS system operation, maintenance, and work with design upgrades and or analyses for commercial, MSC, and/or Navy vessels.
