- Need a Manufacturing Engineer with the ability to program, set up and operate tooling (CNC mills and lathes), should know Fanuc controls, or Haas controls, or Mazak controls, will include programming, setup, and operating those machines.
- Should have some kind of Cadcam experience, they use SolidEdge for 3d drawings and blueprints but the manager will take any Cad experience, they program in Esprit (but other programs are fine like Mastercam, there’s a myriad of different software out there), should have at least 5 years, preferably 10 years experience.
- Engineer and launch all new projects determined by the Engineering Director, including complete cutting tool packages, CNC part programs, fixture design /build and all other processes to fully manufacture the new project.
- Run off PPAP parts, and bring process up to full production, time every process and turn in time study to Engineering Director
