- The Freight Flow Customer Service Manager-East is a key role within our organization, responsible for leading a team and ensuring efficient operations for on time pickup and delivery, providing great customer service for our suppliers and our private fleet.
- This exciting opportunity will require team leadership, freight flow management, customer service improvement, supplier collaboration, process optimization, performance monitoring and reporting.
- You and your team will work primarily with 3rd party suppliers, Walmart transportation home office, Walmart transportation local offices, along with TCC leadership.
- This role is based out of the East Transportation Command Center in Grove City, OH and is an in-office role.
- Proficient in Tableau and Power BI.
