- As a Regional Manager in the Regional Solutions Network, you hold the important role of being the business leader overseeing sales, engineering, and project delivery personnel.
- Operations and Project Management – Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the regional office, including project management, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- This includes helping sales engineers conduct market research, lead generation, proposal development, and negotiation of contracts.
- The Regional Office will regularly work with Internal Departments as well as third party vendors, and the Regional Manager is critical to effective collaboration with these groups.
- Continuous Improvement – Outside of the day to day duties, the Regional Manager will help support continuous improvement initiatives that help the business improve client satisfaction and efficiency of internal processes.
