- Reporting to the General Manager, the Manager of Continuous Improvement & Quality will play a key role in enabling a culture of lean methodology by way of cross-functional partnerships to develop, standardize, and implement initiatives directly impacting key performance indicators (SQDCI) and strategic business objectives.
- As such, this role will support goal and work alignment across all site functions and will work collaboratively with other sites and corporate manufacturing and operational excellence leaders.
- Drive Lean processes such as Standard Work, 5S+, Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving (A3/8D) and Kaizen Principles.
- Establish plant kaizen roadmap to support the continuous improvement project funnel and facilitate events.
- Document & maintain customer/supplier quality plans, and coordinate customer/supplier audits as appropriate.
