- JOB SUMMARY: Partner with Audience Strategy & Development leadership to develop the commerce strategy and programs targeting all segments (Domestic, International, and Florida) for Universal Orlando Resort including cross-divisional planning and providing strategic input to other Marketing & Sales departments to increase attendance, room nights and revenue.
- MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with Director Commerce & VP Audience Strategy, Consumer Insights, Product & Pricing leads and UPRV to develop and execute commerce strategies and programs that deliver against business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Strategy, Sales Management, and IMC leads to ensure commerce campaigns support the segment direction and audience strategies.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
