- The Manager/Facilities Management is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, coordinating, and directing the overall building services operation for a regional portfolio, approximately 1.2M square feet of building space and 50 acres of undeveloped properties companywide, in accordance with policies and procedures, current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facilities to assure they are maintained in a safe, secure, and comfortable manner.
- Facilities services consists of three major functional areas: infrastructure operations & maintenance, groundskeeping, and janitorial.
- This position is also responsible for overseeing contracted services such as janitorial and groundskeeping.
- The incumbent may be directly or indirectly responsible for a budget up to $25M.The Manager/Facilities Management reports to the Director/Supply Chain.
- This position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field and seven to ten years of relevant work experience or the equivalent experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential job responsibilities, including supervisory experience in motivating, training, appraising, and directing the efforts of professional and technical staff in a building services/maintenance related position.
