- The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Human Resources Liaison (HRL) project lead/manager responsible for conducting organizational and HR process related studies and analysis of organizations, functions, and work processes to improve mission effectiveness, resource allocation and efficiency, functions, work processes and provide management consultant capabilities to improve matters of mission effectiveness, resource efficiency and resource savings.
- Provides management consultant services on civilian personnel functions, civilian position management, recruiting techniques, classification, pay, etc.
- Prepares, receives, reviews, integrates and controls a wide variety of data/documents pertinent to the manpower and personnel programs.
- Controls all incoming and outgoing personnel/management actions in coordination with all organizational levels, to include the Civilian Personnel Office (CPO) and Plans and Programs organizations.
