- Plumbing: stops overflowing and clogged toilets; unstops showers and sinks; performs repairs to valves, gaskets, and lines (this includes but is not limited to water, sewer, steam and condensate lines); responds to work requests for plumbing services; performs preventive maintenance on plumbing equipment as scheduled.
- HVAC: performs maintenance and repair on all types of industrial HVAC units; Performs HVAC maintenance functions such as: changing filters and fan belts; adjusting dampers and valves, opening HVAC drains; responding to work requests for HVAC issues; performs preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment as scheduled.
- Carpentry: performs carpentry repairs on doors, door hardware, windows, storm window fabrication, walls, shelving, and other carpentry repairs as needed.
- Ability to serve as a general maintenance technician in assigned buildings, preventive maintenance tasks, and work orders.
- Is subject to recall after hours in the event of campus emergencies, disasters or other special needs as directed by management.
