- Monitor turnovers, general maintenance, repairs, maintaining fire systems, grounds upkeep, pool upkeep, and overall upkeep of the property to ensure a 50% market-ready rate at all times.
- Provide assistance to maintenance staff in the following areas: assisting with work orders, repairs, and maintaining paint, carpet, appliances, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, etc.
- Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce utility costs and minimize the property's carbon footprint.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in maintenance, preferably in a multi-unit residential setting.
- Environment/Conditions: The Maintenance Supervisor may be required to work outdoors in inclement weather and may be exposed to hazardous materials and chemicals.
