- The Maintenance Parts Inventory Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of parts and supplies essential for the upkeep and repair of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Research availability and source of purchase for emergency and critical spare parts and repair parts as needed.
- Compile information such as identification of items, cost, vendor, freight charges, for purchasing of all maintenance materials as needed.
- Prepare all purchase requisitions, coordinate, and expedite approvals as required, maintain all budgetary records, and provide follow-up action with accounting, buyers, vendors, requestors and receiving.
- Create and maintain PO’s for shop purchases and be the main point of contact for invoice and PO questions from AP to support the shop
