Goldfarb Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Porter for a luxury residential apartment complex in Far Rockaway, NY. This person will report to our Facilities Manager and/or Superintendent. **Responsibilities of Maintenance Porter ** <ul><li>Manage general cleanliness of all assigned work areas</li><li>Manage interior/exterior cleanliness of the building</li><li>Trash removal and operation of trash compactor</li><li>Care for property owned maintenance equipment </li></ul>**Requirements of Maintenance Porter ** <ul><li>Ability to use cleaning equipment is a must</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Prior maintenance/janitorial experience required</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends</li><li>Team player</li><li>Highly motivated - independent worker</li><li>Excellent time management skills and attention to detail </li></ul>Benefits of Maintenance Porter <ul><li>Pay range: $20.88 to $27.83 hourly</li><li>32 BJ union benefits package (full time only)</li></ul>
