- The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining complex machinery and mechanical/ electrical equipment for manufacturing of jet engine components.
- Trouble shoot issues & perform all repair, modifications, adjustments, and Preventive / predictive and routine maintenance on production equipment- CNC machines (i.e. VTL's, G&L's, Bullards, Broach Machines, Okuma, Mazak-Vari Axis, Mill-Turn, VBMs, Mitsui Seiki).
- Electrical Repairs and / or replacement of control devices, including programmable logic controllers (PLC's), circuit boards, Servo motors and Drives, Machine Control experience with Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, Siemens, Assist operation with testing and implementation of equipment.
- Support all aspects of building maintenance/routine shop preventive maintenance as needed.
- Monitor and maintain environmental, health and safety equipment and systems for both production and non-production equipment as directed.
