- Keep work areas, tools and equipment clean, organized and free of hazardous conditions, run local errands; and other duties as assigned.
- Perform general maintenance works, such as minor plumbing repairs and minor electrical repairs, replacing light bulbs and switches, repairing extension cords, and hanging fixtures as well as carpentry, painting, and machine servicing to avoid possible failures and malfunctions.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- COMPUTER SKILLS: Intermediate skills: Ability to navigate and use internet/intranet and other programs such as the MS Office package including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, or Company-wide cross functional Enterprise Resource Planning software.
- Close vision (clear vision at 10-20 inches)
