- Manage day to day activities of Facilities and Maintenance in accordance with Hospital policies, procedures and SEIU union contract: which includes Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems, HVAC, High Pressure Plant, Carpentry, Locksmith, Painting, General Maintenance, and In-House Construction.
- Works collaboratively with Fiscal, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing to manage contracts and make timely payments to vendors, contractors and consultants within hospital standards.
- Assists in managing the life safety and utilities management plans and programs within JCAHO Environment of Care (EOC) Program, to ensure that all standards are met.
