- While providing quality work standards, they must also foster favorable vendor relations.
- The Maintenance Lead acts in a leadership compacity and is ultimately responsible for: the oversight of the portfolio or property’s sustainability including preventative maintenance programs; obtaining and analyzing bids; conforming to property maintenance budget; generating and processing work orders on the property(ies); and may participate in the training of entry-level staff.
- Performs plumbing, irrigation, and other work such as but not limited to: screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, toilets, sinks, grout, blinds, locks, etc.
- paints interior and exterior of all buildings; performs carpentry work such as: fitting doors; freeing windows; fencing, etc.
- Maintains knowledge of electrical, water and gas meter shutoffs, all building and fixture shutoffs, sewer cleanouts and maps and diagrams of the property(ies).
