- The Plant Engineer will lead Plant in developing processes to more efficiently produce food products.
- The Industrial Engineer must leverage “Red Zone” to enhance automation and data collection while also enabling best practice replication and Continuous Improvement Opportunities
- Mentor and ensure that all personnel are familiar with operating processes and procedures, as well as meeting or exceeding HACCP and SQF requirements.
- Ensures all facilities are leveraging existing management tools i.e. Red Zone, WMS, ERP, eMaint, etc., to enhance automation and data collection, while also enabling best practice replication and Continuous Improvement Opportunities
- To include OSHA and EPA/DNR. OSHA experience covering worker safety in a food processing environment, and process evaluation to assist in addressing critical permitted environmental processes such as air, water, hazardous wastes
