- The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Coordinator is to assist in all phases of maintenance and grounds keeping tasks throughout the Otterbein Neighborhood.
- This includes completing assigned jobs related to painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, moving furniture, mechanical and other general repairs.
- This is a full time position, primarily Monday-Friday, with rotating emergency on-call.
- Performs a variety of general maintenance tasks, including general repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
- Assists with grounds keeping, weeding, mulching, and snow-removal.
