- Our Corporate headquarters are in Dublin, CA, we have 3 buying offices in key markets in New York City, Los Angeles, and Boston, and 7 distribution centers nationwide.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records within the Maintenance Department Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), the purchase and inventory of maintenance and operational supplies, and generation of reports and tracking documents pertaining to the maintenance and operations departments.
- Data entry of maintenance work orders, employee labor hours, purchase orders, and supplies/maintenance parts inventory in CMMS.
- Cycle count inventory storage locations to ensure CMMS inventory data integrity.
- Issue, ship and receive supplies, maintenance parts, and equipment to and from inventory locations and track through purchase order system.
