- We're searching for a diligent and dependable office assistant to provide administrative support, data entry and customer service.
- Your primary responsibility will be scanning and recording all incoming mail and faxes, updating the Firm calendar, and opening and maintaining electronic and physical client files.
- You'll also make court and bank runs and provide backup support for telephones and outgoing mail and faxes.
- Applicants should be extremely thorough and detail-oriented as mistakes can't be tolerated in this crucial position.
