- You will be responsible for advancing the performance of FeN permanent magnets through fundamental understanding of the microstructural properties of the magnets, the processes used to manufacture the magnets and raw materials used.
- Strong engineering and materials science background, e.g. MS or PhD in materials science, materials engineering, mechanical engineering, powder metallurgy, nanotechnology, applied physics, chemical engineering or related field.
- Proficient with CAD design and experience with FEM/ FEMM modeling
- Proficient computer skills with statistical and data visualization software – JMP, Minitab, SQL
- Flexibility to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities in accordance with the needs of a growing, fast paced, high-tech startup
