Supports a positive customer shopping experience in the store and maintains a strong store partnership with store teams and loss prevention. Exercises sound judgment in decision-making to ensure their safety, the safety of others, and the protection of the Company brand. Adheres to Company policies and maintains and supports Company culture and values. <ul><li>Maintains a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store</li><li>Act as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty</li><li>Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide</li><li>Wear a complete Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera</li><li>Greet customers appropriately, demonstrate courtesy and respect</li><li>Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department</li><li>Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company issued radio</li><li>Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management</li><li>Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management</li><li>Adhere to all Company Policy and Procedure</li><li>Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul>Who We Are Looking For: You! <ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication</li><li>Sound decision making skills</li><li>Ability to take initiative and perform well independently</li><li>Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively</li><li>Able to stand for long periods of time</li><li>0-2 years retail or security experience </li></ul>Benefits include: Associate discount; EAP; smoking cessation; bereavement; 401(k) Associate contributions; child care & cell phone discounts; pet & legal insurance; credit union; referral bonuses. This position has a starting pay range of $16.00 to $19.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
