- Responsible to provide assistance and support to internal attorneys and outside legal counsel in connection with matters related to litigation and potential litigation, under the direct supervision of an attorney, including but not limited to the responsibilities listed below.
- Assists internal and external legal counsel with research, investigations and responding to subpoenas, interrogatories, requests for production of documents, requests for admission and other discovery and information requests.
- Education: Certification, education or training as paralegal or legal assistant or bachelors degree or comparable education or training required.
- Experience: One to five years prior law firm, in-house or other legal experience is required, medical claims experience preferred.
