- The Litigation Secretary is responsible for word processing and legal administrative support for multiple partners and associate attorneys in a variety of practice areas.
- Creating, revising, and formatting legal documents, pleadings, correspondence and forms from handwritten drafts, notes, or dictation, including appling track changes, formatting, and styles; edit, label, and redact documents; compare documents using document comparison software and produce redlined versions and the ability to produce TOA and TOC's.
- Proofreading documents for spelling, grammatical, typographical and formatting errors, schedule and calendar meetings, depositions, hearings and court reporters, and filing in both State and Federal Courts.
